This is an ESSENTIAL part of every dinner wardrobe. It is almost as simple as opening a jar. Pureed tomatoes, butter, salt and sugar. That’s ALL.
This week, I used the InstantPot; placed items from the recipe below in the IP and did a Pressure Cook at low for 30 minutes.
Added meatballs (previously made or frozen work) and set it back to slow-cook at low for 3 hours.
Came back home and dinner was ready. Such a win!
