Each day, you pick your clothing based on your mood or the occasion. It might be a struggle to pick the specific items you wear, but without too much thought, you decide between cozy loungewear/yoga pants, your favorite jeans and the Little Black Dress (or its equivalent).
We have broken our meal plans into clothing categories to help make the first step easy.
For the nights when even the simplest “meal” is too much but you need to eat.
- Pots/Pans/Cooking Vessels: 1 or less
- Time: >10 minutes or less
- Recipe: None at all. Ever.
Quick (relatively), easy and satisfying. Perfect when you are busy and want a real meal but can’t bother with complicated recipes or too much of a mess after.

Time: 30 minutes (give or take)
Little Black Dress
The special meals for when you have the time and want to be in the kitchen. Not only for fancy days BUT these are great for the times you need to impress, treat yourself or have fun cooking.

- Anywhere from an hour (or more)
