Meal Plan Wardrobe: The Essentials

Yoga Pants/PJs 

Just like you put yoga pants on for ease or when you don’t want to think about what to wear. These are the meals you can make with barely any effort or thought.

  1. Eggs 
  2. Baked Potato bar (especially quick if you microwave). Top with cheese, sour cream and any leftovers.
  3. English muffin pizzas
  4. Soup 

Favorite Jeans

Do you grab your favorite jeans when you are heading out in the world and are looking for comfort  while feeling just a teeny bit “on.” These meals have you covered for super casual to just a little bit more. Reliable and not too complicated.

  1. Chili
  2. Marinated Pork or chicken (grilled, sauteed, sheet pan)
  3. Chicken in Parchment
  4. Chicken Tikka Masala
  5. Taco Night

Dress to Impress

The special meals for when you have the time and want to be in the kitchen. Not only for fancy days BUT these are great for the times you need to impress, treat yourself or have fun cooking. 

  1. Roast Chicken
  2. Epicurious mascarpone/ham/butternut squash
  3. Beef bourguignon
  4. Filet with Salt Wrapped Baked Potatoes
  5. Roast Salmon
