Grilled Pork with Tea, Lime and Soy Marinade

The addition of brewed tea to my standard marinade leveled up this grilled pork.

Ingredients
  

  • lb Pork boneless loin chops
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 lime rough measurement; just a few squeezes
  • 1/3 cup brewed tea
  • 3 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix lime, soy, tea and salt together. Pour over pork.
    1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 lime, 3 tsp kosher salt, 1/3 cup brewed tea
  • Grill pork for about 10-15 minutes.

Notes

I used an older black tea blends that had some hints of citurs; but anything will work. I look forward to experimenting with other kinds.
