Yoga Pants/PJs

Roast Chickpeas preheat oven to 375. Pop open and rinse a can(s) of chickpeas (1 can for 2 people). Place on baking dish or other and drizzle olive oil, salt and other herbs. Cook for 35-40 minutes.

Pasta al Limone this one comes from Bon Appetit and is perfect for spring.

This one excels in it’s effort to taste ratio: no extra steps here.
